Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated 31 July 2026 · DRAFT
This page explains how to have data held by PraxisIQ Orbit deleted, including any data obtained through Facebook Login or the Meta, X or Reddit APIs. Orbit is operated by Bonnibel Pty Ltd (ABN 88 672 918 277) of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
1. Who this applies to
Orbit is an internal business console with no public sign-up. The people whose data it holds are:
- Console users — staff issued an invited account (email address, role and membership, sign-in records, and a record of actions taken in the console).
- Owners of connected business accounts — the Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, X accounts and Reddit accounts we connect. Orbit stores the account identifier and profile details, the access tokens issued to us, the content published through Orbit, and the aggregate metrics the platform returns.
Orbit does not collect the personal information of people who follow, like or comment on our accounts, so there is nothing of that kind to delete.
2. How to request deletion
Email chris@bonnibel.com with the subject line “Orbit data deletion request” and include:
- your name, and the email address or connected account the request relates to;
- what you want deleted — your console account, a connected platform account and its stored data, or both;
- anything that helps us identify the records, such as the Page or account name.
We will acknowledge the request and confirm in writing once it is done. There is no charge.
3. What happens, and when
| Step | Timeframe |
|---|---|
| We acknowledge your request | Within 5 business days |
| Access tokens for the connected account are revoked with the platform and deleted from our systems | Within 7 days |
| Stored account details, content and analytics for that account, and any console account being closed, are deleted | Within 30 days |
| We confirm completion in writing | On completion |
4. Revoking Orbit’s access yourself
You can cut Orbit’s access to a connected account at any time, without contacting us, from the platform itself:
- Facebook — Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → find PraxisIQ Orbit → Remove.
- Instagram — the connection is managed through the linked Facebook Page, so removing the app on Facebook removes it for Instagram too.
- X — Settings and privacy → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps → revoke access.
- Reddit — Settings → Privacy & Security → Manage third-party app authorization → revoke.
Revoking access stops Orbit reaching the account from that moment on, but it does not by itself delete the data we already hold. To have that deleted as well, send the request in section 2.
5. What we may not be able to delete
- Posts already published. Content published to a Facebook Page, Instagram account, X account or subreddit lives on that platform. Deleting it from Orbit does not remove it from there — delete it on the platform, or ask us to.
- Records we must keep. We retain a minimal log of what was published and when, and any records the law requires us to keep. These are kept only for that purpose and are not used for anything else.
- Backups. Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for a short period before those backups expire on their normal cycle.
6. If you are not satisfied
Contact us first at chris@bonnibel.com. If we cannot resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au. Our full Privacy Policy sets out your other rights.
