Terms of Use
Last updated 31 July 2026 · DRAFT
1. These terms
PraxisIQ Orbit (“Orbit”) is operated by Bonnibel Pty Ltd (ABN 88 672 918 277) of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia (“we”, “us”). By signing in to Orbit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not sign in.
2. Access is by invitation
Orbit is an internal business tool. There is no public sign-up. Accounts are created by us and issued to named individuals who are authorised to act for our business. Access is a permission, not an entitlement, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.
3. Your account
- Keep your credentials confidential and do not share your account with anyone.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account.
- Tell us immediately at chris@bonnibel.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Only access the organisations, workspaces and projects you have been given a role in.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Orbit for anything other than our own business marketing;
- publish content through Orbit that is unlawful, misleading or deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, or that infringes another person’s rights;
- publish claims about performance, results or outcomes that are not accurate and substantiated;
- upload content you do not have the right to use, including images and text belonging to someone else;
- attempt to bypass the platform’s access controls, probe its security, or access data belonging to a scope you are not a member of;
- use Orbit in any way that breaches a connected platform’s terms, developer policies or rate limits.
Where our marketing concerns wagering or racing products, published content must comply with the applicable Australian advertising rules for those products, including responsible gambling requirements.
5. Approval before publishing
Orbit does not publish automatically. Every item is reviewed and approved by a person before it is sent to a connected platform. AI-generated drafts are drafts: the person who approves an item is responsible for its accuracy and its compliance with these terms.
6. Connected platforms
Orbit connects to third-party platforms (including Meta’s Facebook and Instagram, X and Reddit) through their official APIs. Those platforms’ own terms and policies apply to anything published there, and they may change their APIs, restrict access or remove content at any time. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
7. Content and intellectual property
Content created for our business in Orbit — captured material, drafts, approved posts, brand guidance and analytics — belongs to us. The platform itself, including its software, design and the PraxisIQ and Orbit names and marks, remains our property. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you.
8. Confidentiality
Information you see in Orbit — brand strategy, performance data, unpublished content — is confidential. Do not disclose it outside our business without authorisation, during or after your access.
9. Availability
Orbit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend it for maintenance, change it, or withdraw features without notice.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude all liability for loss arising from your use of Orbit, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service.
11. Ending access
We may suspend or end your access at any time, including immediately if you breach these terms or your role in our business ends. On termination you must stop using Orbit; sections 7, 8 and 10 survive.
12. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion requests are described in our data-deletion instructions.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version always appears at this address, with the date it last changed shown at the top. Continuing to use Orbit after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
